Its okay to take medications to help maintain your anxiety and depression. That doesn’t make you weak a person.

Its okay to cry.

Its okay to ask for help if you are falling apart.

Its okay to take some time to yourself.

Its okay to feel some emotions.

Its okay not to be okay.

Please don’t give up.

    1. Thank you so much. I really want people to understand that its okay not be okay and its okay to feel emotions. I think people who have never dealt with depression or any mental illness don’t understand how I feel.
